Is Noah not remembering how horrible he was to Luke during the course of their relationship. Casting Luke aside for Ameera and then blaming him for his father’s supposed death. Then leaving him when he got in trouble at school, then kissing Brian was something that Luke did that was not at all acceptable, but he needed Noah’s support and he couldn’t even give him that. He had to go and leave him again. Reid was not there when that was happening, so Reid doesn’t remind Luke of stuff that he lost like Noah does.

because it was the easy way out ... Luke and obnoxious Reid would never have worked in the long run ... no sensible guy (like Luke) could seriously stand a selfabsorbed sociopath like that for more than a few weeks ...
