Ikr, I amazes me that he's come this far already. I've known him since he was a little baby and now he's going to school. I watched the "Luke Is Born" this morning and I watched "Luke's First Birthday" earlier today and it's actually a bit emotional seeing how much he's grown.

I used to watch the vlogs during my senior year of high school, when I used to struggle so much. Your vlogs were my getaway from life and always made me feel better. I have just graduated college and am in the same lost and mentally drained state. J and Beth, I can't express the overwhelming feeling of joy and pride I have just by watching Luke grow up through small snippets of your vlogs over the years so I cannot even imagine what you both must be feeling to send your first-born off to school! I can't even remember when I first found SCB, but it was early high school years (and now im several years out of college). I remember when this channel was even made and the first video got posted, I remember Luke being born and he's already starting kindergarten. It's actually amazing at how much time has flown by.

Sounds like sciatica! Anti-inflammatory medication (ibuprofen) and icing it might be necessary when it's really bad. However, I have chronic sciatica and for me daily gentle stretches are the only long term fix. Best of luck!!
