To all those wondering how Luke beats Darth Vader, it was confirmed that ROTJ Luke is equal to ROTJ Vader in terms of power and dueling. ROTJ wasn't even Luke's prime. I do believe that the Original trilogy was Darth Vader's prime. This means prime Luke>prime Vader. To all those asking how Luke beats Yoda, it's confirmed that Luke is the most powerful jedi. He even mastered force projection, which Yoda couldn't. Although power doesn't always equate to winning, in Star Wars, most of the time, it does. As for Darth Sidious, in ROTJ, Darth Sidious acknowledged that Luke would surpass him in power. He has feats that would suggest he became more powerful than Sidious. Sidious couldn't master force projection, but Luke could. Luke also defeated Snoke who is equal to Darth Sidious in force power. I know that there are more Star Wars characters, but I don't feel like explaining why Luke beats them.
