"Monster brawl" each player get one non boss monster with 2 health and 1 attack. The special ability of that Monster is negated. You can only attack with that monster. You may still use your character card for loot and treasuers. If your monster dies by battle or by player (using cards) your character is also dead. You may add more rules like start with an item or whatever u want. First person to make their monster a super monster wins (getting 4 souls)

thought about an interesting spin on four souls a while back and thought it'd be cool to introduce this to you. (keep in mind that doing this is probably quite egregious irl so if you don't wanna do it i totally understand) the binding of isaac: four souls - chaos! start by shuffling the monster, loot and treasure decks together. (this includes event cards such as gold chest and angel room, as well as stuff like daddy haunt from the treasure deck.) pick a character card off top, (yes, you're free to do the look at 3, pick 1 thing) and everyone starts with 3 cents and 3 cards. the goal is still to gain four souls, but there's an alternate win condition of the first person to own 7 treasures (not including trinkets from the loot deck) wins. feel free to twist that number as you please, however, as that's honestly up to you. just don't do something stupid like "first player to own 3 treasures wins." on your turn, you can play loot cards as normal, and tap your character card to play another. you may only play a treasure from your hand if you pay 10c, but trinkets have the same rules as loot. fight by putting a monster card from your hand onto your side of the board and saying "i'm gonna attack monstro," or something to that effect. you may only have 2 monsters out at a time, and you can only fight the monsters you played. (covering monsters with others is still allowed!) to make gaining souls a little easier, the soul cards (soul of guppy, greed, and gluttony) are shuffled into the main deck and are just copies of lost soul. you can also do a draft if you'd like! one other thing: cards like jera that say "loot equal to the amount of loot cards in your hand" are changed to just "loot equal to the amount of cards in your hand" to make it simpler. also, if you were to get an event card (angel room, devil deal, etc) and play it from your hand, that wouldn't count as your attack for the turn. they're basically extra loot cards that don't cost anything to be played.

I don't know if Four Souls is still going, but, figured I'd throw down my idea for a game mode. Sprint Relay! So the rules are kinda simple. At the start of the game everyone picks their character as usual but instead only one player draws loot and treasure cards. They proceed through the game as per usual buying, looting and fighting but upon their death they pass along all of their acquired items and loot to the player on their left only keeping any acquired souls during their turn. The next player then does the same carrying on with their items while having the choice to either build the deck in their favor or try to sabotage it for the next player. Curse of loss and any other cards which make players lose/have to give up a soul instantly activate when drawn the only exception being the Lamb and Wizoob which have to be beaten first and just to make it fun Samson, Lilith, Eden and Dark Judas are banned.

I have a recommendation 4souls pokemon game mode, Start with all normal equipment Goal is to get 4 souls Start with 5 monster cards and don't place any monsters on the table. You may use your monster cards to challenge other players and make then place down monster cards to fight each other ,roll to see who goes first, the monsters health rolls and damage will be used to fight, take turns rolling to see who wins, roll the attack number or above and that's a hit, roll below and it's a miss (nobody takes damage) curses apply to all monsters the person who has the soul holds but get removed when one monster dies.

He told me if he'd remembered, he'd have done the editing himself for the second part for the sake of closure. I'm assuming that any copies of the raw footage are completely lost to time by now; which is really a shame, because I know a lot of people are going to be disappointed for the confirmation that they will likely never know how this most definitively final game ended... but I figured that some closure is better than none.

The ruling of cards that say "When a player rolls" only activates if the number on the dice matches the "When a player rolls" number. For example if Luke attacks Satan with any synthoil affecting his roles, he must roll a six, not a 5. If the dice roll is a 5 but the items add 1 to the roll, the effect will not activate since the dice roll wasn't the number that would trigger the effect. This ruling effects all items with the "When a player rolls" effect.

I have a few ideas for some optional rules (one or more can be used): My gift to you: Basically each player gets to pick the character and extra item for the player to their right instead of normal. Kill steal: If you use a card that does damage to a boss on someone’s turn, you get to have that soul instead but they still get the treasure or money. Roguelite: Whenever a player “dies”, they must discard the current character and then pick from another three choices to then start playing again on their next turn. Got a friend in me: Every player starts with a “Bum” or “friend” like treasure or item. Life for a life: Whenever a player heals another during outside of their turn, they can gain one soul heart (aka if Brett prevented 1 damage for Luke on Luke’s then Brett will also get that benefit on his turn).

Since you guys love dumb game modes; what about a full RNG one? Roll for treasure at the start of the game. And whenever a monster drops something on defeat, bar souls, you roll to see how many you get. For spice, you have to fight every round and roll to see how many monsters you fight. 1-2 is one fight. 3-4 is two. 5 is three 6 is four. Would it be chaotic hell? Yes. Would it be fun to watch as it'd make you all pissed off? Also yes.
