Plantar fasciitis? I did for 2.5 years as well. One thing that I did was empty a bottle of coke and fill it with water and freeze it. Afterwards in the morning and night I used to roll it with my heel. Provided a good bit of relief for my pain as well as constant stretching.

@@ElCyberWizard any sort of plastic bottle that is cylindrical in shape you can roll underneath your heel is fine. Just to clarify, it's not a cure, but it helped me deal with the pain quite a bit. Also doing calf and heel stretches. Unfortunately, tendinitis in general just lasts long. So you have to deal with Fasciitis for quite a while.

I agree with Doms cut opinion but he explained it poorly on the broadcast at the time, I always noticed it with guys who had more scar tissue who would lose rounds because someone punching a cut with blood everywhere will always look worse to judges even if the other person is outstruck by a fair bit, Same with people like Joana who bruises alot and shows bruises more than someone else.
