DELHI, INDIA ➖A few days ago I paid $10 for a rather small shawarma in the streets of Old Delhi. After being handled through countless hands, much to my surprise, it tasted pretty damn good. But, like many things in life... you can always find better.
After copious amounts of research and consultations with the local population, I was directed to a famous restaurant named Al Bake.
Though, finding it was not as easy as you'd assume. Due to the reputation of Al Bake, there are MANY fake restaurants posing as the real thing (a common theme in India). When you look up "Al Bake" on Google, it's a foreigner's worst nightmare. 100s of locations and not a clue in the world as to which one is the real deal. So, I bought a local along to join me as we try India's Greatest Shawarma.

I love Iraqi style of cooking shawarma, i ussually choose beef shawarma with veggies and mayonaise. It cost 1 dollar per serve bcoz iraqi money is not use in our area the called The Greenzone.
