That means 1 year and 1 is an odd number Then he said "twice a month" and a month has 31 days and 3 and 1 are both odd numbers so that's why twice a month and then he says "four times a week" that means the 1st day, 3rd day, 5th day and the 7th day. In the end he said "6 times a day" he's referring to the hours of the day that would mean 1am/pm, 3am/pm, 5am/pm, 7am/pm, 9am/pm and 11am/pm. Edit- I thought about what everyone in the comments is saying about the months with 30 days or feb that has 28 days, so now the only thing that makes sense would be that "twice a month" would mean the 1st and 3rd week as a month has 4 weeks
