Mental blocks is something you have heard!!! Ignor the phrase mental block! It’s what coaches say when their gymnast is struggling! Just regress a stage, work on that and then work back up to it!!! Every athlete has to go back a stage on a certain part of their training and then start again ! You will get it just practice and take time 🙌😁 and more importantly enjoy the progress! Let me know how it goes 🤘
