I still remember playing the Xbox 360 Version, and one time when I played on this premade map with a castle, I prefered to live in a wood planks skycraper in the starting area, while my two dogs could live in the castle. Y'know, while most of my minecraft was clocked in on PC, one thing that I kinda admire about the old console versions is the limited world size. There are obviously pros and cons and I know why the world size is limited on consoles, but to me it made each world more... meaningful. Like, exploring the whole world felt like a bigger accomplishment, and made every spot you decided to build on feel more significant since there were finite spaces to build. The limited world size forced you not to take anything for granted, and be creative with the limited space you had. It also felt very cozy, you were never too far away from any of your friends but you also didn't feel too cramped in with them.

Yeah, I love the fact that on my best survival 360 world me and the boys had the entire map covered with builds and the whole nether, the whole end and underground builds in all dimensions, only stopped cause we ran out of room (could’ve built in the sky but didn’t wanna screw up the skyline) we still to this day occasionally visit that world and our Xbox one world cause it just feels right, I do have to be honest though; filling out the biggest map possible in new Minecraft feels more of an accomplishment for me

I actually really want to see more of this, the fact that the whole world is enclosed, and you are limited to so many resources because of it (and the version) makes it a super cool concept for a challenge. And to me it's like nostalgia overload watching a youtuber play this, because I literally did it with stampy when I was young. plus I wanna see more of that statue, if you put it in 0 - 0 then you could build a whole city around it!

I still play my Xbox 360 as my main console honestly and I’m saying that while owning a PS5. It’s just my whole childhood and all that. The current one I have I got when I moved up to KY in 2021 with my mom and sis. Didn’t have any consoles cause sold them to pay bills and with my third paycheck I went out and got myself a 360 Slim with a 500gb hard drive and a copy of Dark Souls, Borderlands, and yes Minecraft. Somehow with probably 16 years of gaming under my belt (I’m 24). I still haven’t beat Minecraft. Can’t play as much now cause of Uni being hella stressful, but I might just have to start making my way towards beating MC now lol. Thanks for the video! Kinda used this to vent. Subbed though as payment for venting haha 🤙🏼

This is how I found out about Minecraft. I played it with my cousin at my grandma's house. Good amazing memories. We spend HOURS and all night okaying games. Mostly Minecraft split screen. I love this video!! It reminds me of better times.

The original came out in 2008-2009. Minecraft was still very playable and fairly updated In 20y though.
