Autonomophobia is an extreme fear of inanimate objects that resemble human figures (at least, creepy ones), such as dolls, mannequins, robots, etc. Markiplier is easily scared by things like the animatronics in Five Nights at Freddy's and by the Working Joes of Alien: Isolation because of this, at least when he first encounters them he most certainly is, just watch him here.
