Adam started telling a story about a crazy girl that had a tattoo of them, and then quickly realized after she screamed that she was sitting right there. So he tries to change the subject to a "girl from Europe" because there would be no way that the girl from Europe would be at an American meet and greet. He then goes back and talks about how it was nice that she got that tattoo. Hope that helped.
