Im sure you know there is an optimal role for champs and for Naut that’s support there is a reason why u don’t see him much in jgl as he is mana hungry, his clear isn’t special and if u go ap your dmg will quickly fall off. Why J4 jungle is better than Naut: Better clear speed, mobility, early game impact because of his base stats & his tempo won’t eventually fault. Why Naut is a better support than J4: Better CC & passive, better team utility & is good even with low gold unlike J4. Like legit every tank support out scales J4 when it comes to tankyness. To sum it up: - J4’s optimal role is jgl and for Naut it’s support. Naut is a meh jungler and J4 is a meh support. -Champs that work with low gold are usually supports even tho some of them can jgl like Naut and Maokai but it’s not they optimal role. Usually it’s tanks that can work with low gold that also includes baron lane tanks and in jgl. I think the main reason behind our different views is that I play vs competent players in higher brackets which is clearly unlike your case here.

As a solo support, I would NEVER EVER play enchanters (Lulu, Soraka, Janna) at all! You are just asking to get mental issues. You should never play champions that relies on team mates to perform well on solo queue. I just take Jarvan or swain and actualy have an impact on the game

It's funny someone else have this thought. While I'm the opposite, I always thrive playing enchanter on solo q. My mentality is adc that wants to be babied by tanks are (mostly) treating us tanks as a wall, nothing else. The only thing they expect from us is to keep them alive by being dmg sponges ( I know tanks asre supposed to do that) but man, I felt like babysitting spoiled child. While with enchanter I could be more useful to everybody else. I don't know

​@@hamimabdit's the same argument with tanks as well though. As enchanters, you are babysitting your spoilt ADC because you can't do anything else except buff them. It's the same with tanks, except you just tank and set up plays. If you don't have players who can make use of the plays, it's the same result. It's just that right now, tanks are being heavily favoured by the patches (since heartsteel) and galio's aegis. And that tanks are a bit more of an active playstyle than enchanters in that you have to know when to make plays and how to, etc.
