화이트헤드는 자꾸 짜고 싶어지는데, 무리하게 건드리면 오히려 염증으로 번질 수 있어서 조심해야 하더라구요ㅠㅠ 저는 압출보다는 주 1~2회 정도 필링젤을 사용해서 부드럽게 제거해주고, 마무리로 메즈머링 앰플 발라서 진정시켜줘요. 피부가 민감할 때는 필링 패드 대신 토너로 살살 정리해주는 것도 좋은 방법 같아요
