I don't have Saki and I can't use Cat God in Battle Cats Ultimate but from what I've seen it might be quite strong. I tried it with Lumina because she is cheap and still strong against aliens even in the first form.

I got her today from a single golden ticket :") happy.. but no XP to level her..

If you are in early-game she will help you complete Into The Future and Cats of The Cosmos (besides the levels with restrictions like "Aguham"). I completed entire 3 chapters of CoTC with her in around 2 months (I wasn't rushing it too much). And if you are further into the game then she is a very good generalist as well in my opinion.
