Slash said the reason he likes shedinja doll on blissey is that when blissey unites her carry, blissey takes the incoming damage instead of the carry, and the shedinja doll in turn takes it from blissey. Inder and the others are aware of this but aren’t believers - they prefer x speed

Not a question of believing. It does not give much pro results. Blissey soaking damage for a higher lvl important teammate is a game design. Shedinja Doll interaction is okay but you lose out on a lot of potential X Speed activation. Slash knows value of Bliss invade too. They played x speed a lot.

The way the Asian tournament was formatted solves the overuse & abuse of strong Pokemon

I agree somewhat. Eevees are so unskilled. Stored power for espeon, mean look umbreon, icicle spear Glaceon, mystical fire/draining kiss sylveon all take zero skill. Leafeon Solar blade takes no skill rn because it just does ridiculous damage. It’s just those movesets that make this game not fun. Hyper voice sylveon is fine tho.
