Marth: ._. Leo's Aegis couldn't do it. The Joker couldn't do it. The Byleth can't do it. The Corrin was never used. Marth did it THREE TIMES. Ignaize beat Riddles. MKLeo beat Riddles with Marth at Ludwig. Then he forces the Terry by using Marth. His Marth knew the way despite being in a lukewarm state. Just imagine a seriously-practiced Marth in the hands of the fundies beast. Like Leo's Marth with more technicality would be amazing. If not Marth, Lucina. If not her... honestly bring back Corrin plssss.

Last year he at least had Genesis W to carry him through the rankings, but an A+ tier won't mean much when there are 10 other people who have won a major this year

The Marth wouldn't lose to this Kazuya. Riddles has a losing record versus the character whenever he uses Kazuya. Leo beat Riddles' Kazuya with Marth in 2 sets, yet he refuses to use him anymore. I am let down. Did Ignaize farming Riddles not give Leo a good hint to keep using him as a pocket? Like he lost to Kurama then said "nah Marth can go." It always takes one loss to shift Leo's perception of a new character pick, even if they worked quite well initially. He needs to keep Joker and just stick with someone else like Marth or ROB (where is ROB?!?!?)

Actually we still can't predict if He would win with marth or even corrin, it is the consistency with one character that helps the player to improve, actually Leo tries to player too many characters like (more than 15 characters) through years from Ike to( ROY Now ??). But we can't get angry for that. Leo enjoys playing smash and enjoys the characters(specially fire emblem characters) and (It's surely wrong but) I think it can be his way to acquire more experience in the game. But it is a big problem because he used to play joker a lot and byleth is his best second ever. If Leo chooses to get stronger he has to consider his whole journey and make the best choice for him

rly strange. guys look at Leo vs Tea (kazuya) at UFA 2023, leo was playing sooooo well againt Tea it was impossible for him to approach Leo. Then look at this match, leo loos like he's playing 20x worse. ofc Riddles is a better Kazuya than Tea but damn leo is way slower and dont apply the same gameplay. I rly dont get why sometimes leo is a beast and sometimes he looks like he doesnt want to play

If Leo actually focused on Marth he could do it for sure. Honestly though, Leo will not do it with anyone because he can't focus on one character. He switches far too much. He went through multiple characters that do good against Kazuya and yet never stuck to one. He seriously needs to just stick to ONE secondary that has a disjoint and then GRIND the FGC MUs like crazy.
