I dont think so personally. It’s never been nintendos business model. If they were going to they would have with ultimate and Mario kart, charging .50 a skin. Their model is expensive amiibos, controllers, equipment, DLC, remasters and legacy franchises. It’s the lack of micro transactions that lets them claim they’re ethical lol

Game keeps going more and more towards punish game and as much as it pains me to say this, Leo's gotta commit more to learning ROB's punish game to have a good future proof secondary. ROB might also help with Leo's pools scares with how much easier it is to play basic neutral ROB. If he wants to go for the hype FE character pick, Roy might be an option to consider. But obviously this pick comes with more risks. Edit : While Shuton does usually do well against Muteace, Mute beat Shuton Game 5 at Cirque.

I think the Leo Roy would go crazy, but Roy wouldn't be optimal for his play style. His play style is suited for characters with long range that can wall out his opponents. He needs to out-range these touch-of-death type characters, which Roy can't do effectively

I have been saying this since Joker first came out that he loses to Peach. She can take advantage of Arsene and either camp him out or bait and punish him with a combo that can quickly drain the Arsene meter. Not to mention that, due to Peach's float ability, she can do full-hop damage while hovering over the floor, which drains the Arsene meter even quicker. Peach is also difficult to edge guard with Joker because she has multiple ways to get back to stage, from her parasol to Peach Bomber to air dodge. Meanwhile, Peach can edge guard Joker relatively easily, especially when Arsene is present. I'd argue that Peach is one of Joker's worst matchups, but it is not unwinnable by any means. I would say that it is 60:40 though.

Maister made the comment about Leo getting combo’d as Joker, but it feels like Leo is just more prone to getting combo’d really hard in general. Riddles, Kurama, MuteAce, at some point he’s gonna be put in the blender. I don’t even think I’ve seen Zomba get 0-deathed as much as Leo lmao (not hating ofc). And ofc course the infamous 0-death from ESAM at Glitch.

I think Byleth has the potential theoretically to be a top 10 character if played optimally or close to perfect. Byleth has too many weapons, options and viable playstyles to not be considered at the top of the game. I am just waiting for that 1 player to really pushes Byleth to his limitless limit so to speak lol.
