I have two batteries that were disconnected for 6 months, they are 3 year old batteries, Two 12v 150ah tubular batteries. They were previously connected by a 2K UPS, since the battery level were too low, it wouldn't turn on. So I connected to this Luminous Zelio+ 1100 invertor with just one battery, after leaving it for some time, the battery is now getting charged. I want to know, that once this battery is charged, can i charge the other battery which is totally low, less than 1.5 on voltage meter with the charged battery and then connect the old 2k UPS invertor.

@@RakshithKumarkrk Generally inverter battery life is 3yrs only... max sometimes 4yrs( if time to time properly toped-up with distilled water) In your case when battery is already 3yrs old + not charged from last 6month, i would recommend to purchase new battery. Somehow if you get successful in charging old batteries, they may give very less backup. Meantime if you still wish to charge, do both batteries charging individually first, before putting them in parallel...

Hello! 2 doubts Doubt1: Could you confirm whether the Zelio 1100/ Zelio 1700 can keep critical electronic devices ON without any interruptions when the electricity goes out? Devices such as Computers, Modern Gaming Consoles, & certain Smart Tv's require "Shutting down", without which they would get damaged during Power cuts. From my limited understanding & online findings- For UPS's the switch to the batteries is 3 to 8 milliseconds, after the main power has been lost. While Inverters change over in about 500 milliseconds, which restarts the device, so important data is lost without saving and possible harm is caused to devices. However, the Zelio has a UPS Mode? Could you tell us more about how this Inverter's UPS Mode works? Also, does the "Pure Sine wave" have anything to do with benefitting the switch from power to battery time period over a traditional inverter? or am I better off going with an APC UPS instead? Doubt 2: Could you confirm whether the Zelio 1100/ Zelio 1700 can protect devices connected to it from high / low surges or is this benefit only for UPS's Thanks in advance!

First of all thanks for taking time and properly writing your doubts (which generally people often don't do and expects proper answer) 😃 1100 Vs 1700 model difference: 1) 1100 model supports 12V 150Ah battery and can run load upto 756watt. Setup Costs around 16k. 2) 1700 model supports 12Vx2 200Ah battery and can run load upto 1260watt. Setup Costs around 35k. Desktop PC SMPS starts from minimum 450watt + Monitor extra + room light-fan extra. Now if you are running in UPS mode and Gaming Desktop+room load is already close to 80% of inverter load capacity, then you may see restart situation. But if you dedicatedly only run Desktop PC only then this situation will not occur. I will recommend you to use 1700 inverter combination. Inverter is sufficient to protect from any surge. Check surface levelling it's placed on ... Or slight tap on top... And notice humming becomes less... Khat sound is of relay inside... I bought a new luminous 220ah battery and Zelio 1100 inverter. Today itself, the battery charging time came down from 40 min to 0 min and then from 9-10 min to 5 minute. It is now stuck at 5 minutes timing (charging the battery for over 2 hours now) Also the inverter fan switches on / off every 3-4 minute. Is this normal in New battery charging? Thanks.

Sayad aapke inverter main battery charging wala section kharab ho gaya hai, jiski wajah se battery charge nahi ho rahi hai and battery puri tarah discharge bi ho gayi hai. Have another question, since the zillion has automatic chnageover function, can we connect this directly to our wall plug and use, or do we need special wiring to be done. At the moment I am using a wire with plug tops on both ends and when power goes, I manually connect this by switching off the Main Switch at home. Pls advice me.

@@afrazameen3103 Yes you need special (not very special 😃) permanent wiring with Mains, so whenever electricity goes Inverter will automatically starts giving backup, and once electricity comes back inverter will stop and again starts battery charging.
