nice to hear your voice :) i'm surprised that they chose a quick release with spring bars for the strap. something more secure like drilled lugs would make more sense for a high end active watch. also, the chrono second hand only moves in one second increments. the seiko mechaquartz movements have 1/5 second increments.

While I agree to a certain extent on the spring bars I've always worn sports watches during anything I've done in my life... from mechanical repairs to manual jobs and only once has it happened to me that a bar has broken free. And it wasn't even an accident. The case of that resin Casio watch was so worn out that the holes were eroded away after years and years of use and abuse and I retired the watch.

They said it last 25 years and after 15 years it git half Power. You can send it to Luminix and they change Dial but I think that will cost about 200 €

Oh, really cool with a kakhi outfit at a cocktail party, where Bear Grylls could wear it free. But, to be honest, I'll not rely on that watch to have a survival beater watch. A full digital solar G-Shock will be the only choice, but... but we know the marketing needs to sell, so, ok, it's a beautiful toy for grew up kids. To be honest, the sos signal indication on the chapter ring in pointless, as the motivational engraving... Nice toy, I love the color, the price point is really too high.
