I will not suggest that, if the marble floor is at roof level yes you can do that. It is not recommended for indoor use.

Please tell me.. During FIRST COAT how much water(Per Liter) OR Paint: water- ratio I have to add with the Raw paint . And during second coat, how much water I have to add with Raw Paint(per liter).

You need to add 20 % water during 1 st coat . And waiting for 4 to 5 hours you can use same mixture for final paint.you can say for 1 ltr around 200 ml water you can use . apologies for late reply.
