Very disappinted that you can only download customer order as PDF format which are not editable easily. It is better if your plugin let it download images along Json file with text plus preview image in one zip folder, Same as amazon does for customisation orders. You also consider to download these order in bulk so if you can have 100 orders, then you dont need to go on each order page to download customer customisation details but select all orders, click download and it will download all 100 orders in one go with each zip file has order number as file name. Your plugin is good to design product but not good enough to complete an order in a professional way.
