Growing up playing baseball my whole life, I remember hitting my first Homerun and looking at my Dad. Never seen him so happy and I’ve never felt so proud. Just watching Lumpy look out to center field pointing at you with a smile brought me to happy tears man. So proud of him and all of the work he has been putting in. The pure excite meant a dad has for their sons first Homerun is unmatched. I currently play 14u baseball and remember the day my first trot around happened due to the stage. That stage being cooperstown and the pure excitement my dad had. I did the same thing as lumpy and pointed to him right as I was grouting the bases. Truly something special
