This is a 925 SF unit! Luna has pretty good value compared to many of the condos in the downtown/beltline area given its age, finishings, and pricing. Its also right across Co-op (grocery store) and is in a pretty good location. The condo market in the area is pretty hot right now, so if you see something you like I would recommend moving on it right away. If you need help with buying your condo, give us a shout David! Just out of curiosity, is it common for the condo fee to be this high for a such new (looking) condo unit in Calgary? I'm comparing it to those in Greater Vancouver and new buildings don't usually have fees of $500+.

Hey @Michael it's different here, you're looking in the $0.60's/SF in Calgary and it's based on the size of the condo, the bigger it is the higher the fees. Are you moving here?
