I like that this is almost 1000 sqft and a solid layout. Most new units in Calgary are so small and their layouts make them feel even smaller.

Just out of curiosity, is it common for the condo fee to be this high for a such new (looking) condo unit in Calgary? I'm comparing it to those in Greater Vancouver and new buildings don't usually have fees of $500+.

Hey @Michael it's different here, you're looking in the $0.60's/SF in Calgary and it's based on the size of the condo, the bigger it is the higher the fees. Are you moving here?

This is a 925 SF unit! Luna has pretty good value compared to many of the condos in the downtown/beltline area given its age, finishings, and pricing. Its also right across Co-op (grocery store) and is in a pretty good location.
