Loved the video🤍 But as a European (i am from Germany and have been to south europe every summer) i have to say that life isn‘t slower here. Everybody is in a rush as well, also in Portugal, it just seemed like that because you were on vacation and of course then you are less stressed/in a hurry. Everybody is rushing and stressed here too (sadly). Just wanted to add that because all americans are always romanticizing living in Europe sooo much, but really it‘s not that perfect and romantic

It kind of annoys me when Americans claim how life in Europe is so much "slower" than in the US. This statement feels quiet shallow and translates into how Americans are so hard working and Europeans get to rest, because life is so "laid back" in Europe. It completely irgnores the fact that Europe is a whole continent and experiences within the different countries vary. Europe does not only consist of the tourist areas in France, Portugal and Italy
@heyily473 Жыл бұрын
@@mirax9273totally! Of course it seems cute and slow and romantic when you are living in a tourist area in a villa with pool, but that‘s not reality for people actually living here. Life just generally isn‘t better and easier here even though americans claim that

Hiiii I've had the same on and off hand eczema for yeaaarss now too and the only thing that has really helped for me is nano silver spray for flare ups and weleda skin food light when my hands get dry! Right now my eczema is basically gone and when I have a lil flare up I just use the spray a few times a day and try to avoid any harsh product from skincare/soaps on my skin :) (The silver spray I got is from the health factory!)

Heey! Ah loved the video and can’t wait for you showing more of your trip throughout Europe! And btw, I think I maybe have the exact same eczema-issue. Good news; it has a name: dishydrotic eczema. Less good news: yeah you probably need to live with it. So far I know it can be correlated with emotional stress (so basically allergic to live haha 🙃), and perfumes in soap for example. Please check for yourself if this diagnosis fits you but didn’t want to not share this because I totally recognised the struggle.

Hello Luna! These eczemas in your fingers are super related to stress/somatization through your body. I recommend you olive oil (which you will easily find now that you’re in Portugal), it’s “dirty” so you can apply it by night, and I promise that you’ll find them better after a few days, olive oil it’s miraculous!

Luna, I LOVE your channel and you and others have made me contemplate delving further into the world of dance. I’ve been dancing for 5 years and am 14, I have made great progress already and have been wondering if I should become more serious. I am quite academic and excel is sciences and other things but I’m unsure what to do, I would love to find a way to become semi-pro and keep preforming and constantly dancing whilst having job. I also struggle with EDs and body image which is something my mum is concerned about! I just wanted to know what you and other people may think! :) thank you!

I have the same condition with my hands, they diagnosed me with atopic eczema which is basically a chronic condition with outbreaks every now and then, these have various reasons that differs from person to person. For me I've noticed that it is definitely worse when I am stressed and that it gets better when I work out regularly, (probably because training reduces stress). I've also tried every cream under the sun but the ones that have a very high fat percentage works best for me. Hope yours goes away soon! I always joke that I could be the best criminal in the world since I basically don't have any fingerprints left from all the shedding haha. (I remember that you talked about this a few years ago and it made me feel less alone, so thank you for that)

Hey Luna, I have a type of eczema that is called dyshidrotic eczema and is basically what you discribe. From time to time (specially when Iam stressed or during the change of seasons) tiny bubbles appear in my hands and then they peel. I talked to a dermatologist and there is noting thst you can do becacause it is autoinmune. Hope it helps❤

Idk if this is what your eczema is but it could be Dyshidrotic eczema. I get it occasionally but i had it really bad when working in a stressful environment filled with allergens. I get those bubble blisters all over my fingers and sometimes my skins peels off when I'm sweating. Def look into.
@cassandraelouise3 Жыл бұрын
My hands used to do that and i just permanently stopped doing the dishes and keeping my hands away from a tonne of products. A lot of it was stress induced i found. This happened from like 22 - 25 not a super long period of time but it definitely has gone away. It flares up once in a blue moon but i try to keep myself away from using products on my hands and just try to remain calm

8:47 I have that exact same thing too. Mine tend to flare up when I’m stressed and the best when I’m not stressed plus leaving it alone. Sun makes it better too, much less if I’m in the sun for longer periods (or take d vitamine supplements and am strict with my diet, eating regularly and remind my self to try to eat until I’m full and lots of veggies). Creams for me, I’ve noticed, ”fixed” it for maybe a week or two but then it gets worse and I have a longer period. It doesn’t hurt at all it just makes people ask sometimes what it is. I feel lucky it’s not worse and that it doesn’t result in blisters that pop and leak fluid and that are painful. Back to the subject! One doctor told me it could very well be an extremely light case of a type of psoriasis! When I googled it some of it, the pics with the smallest amount of flaking skin, looked just like my hands and also yours (in the google pics of psoriasis in palms). I think the doctor called it *palmar psoriasis* (I might remember it incorrectly).

Eczema girls unite! Mine has been bad this summer and the only factor I can think of is weather or climate changes. Nothing is helping other than constantly applying lotion to keep it under some control.

Ugh on the hand eczema. I've had it on my hands, too. The itching was the worst part for me. The one thing that's worked for me is to moisturize my hands immediately after I wash them. No exceptions. My eczema seems to be triggered by dryness, so as long as I don't let my hands dry out after immersion in water, the eczema stays away. My friends all know who to come to when we're out and about, and they need moisturizer. 😂 I hope you find a solution to it. It's hard to ignore when it's on your hands.

Do you consume any dairy? I used to have eczema as a kid and my mum suggested that I reduce my dairy intake. So I switched to plant based milk and still had cheese and yogurt every now and then. The eczema went away. It is back now that I’ve started having milk regularly after such a long time, so I am gonna have to stop.

There’s some “Exfoliating Foot Masks” called “ULTRA PEELING” by ‘Vitamasques’ that makes your skin peel consistently for days after one use. You should check the ingredients and compare them to whats in what ever you use daily. My friend tried that ‘Foot Mask’ stuff and it made her feet look like your hands for days. Anyway, I hope that was helpful 👋🏾❤
