Hi! Sorry I took so long in commenting.. I bought my Vista Deer Guitar a couple years ago.. after listening to you play here on this review! I'm justy a beginner, but love the sound and looks! I had my guitar professionally set up as well, and also changed my strings [sorry, but I don't recall what they are]. Luna should have chosen you to create their demo - the one they chose IMHO wasn't very good since whoever set up their guitar and such.. produced some buzzing. This guitar has wonderfully long sustain as well! My Vista Deer never buzzes. Great playing and great guitar!!

I'm wanting to know about the action, can it be set up with close action with out buzzing, I like close action, I'm old hands hurt but i can't quit playing til I die. Been at it for 53 years, born and raised in Nashville Tn. have to be a picker, I think it's a requirement if you are a native Nashvillian. lol Great video, nice pickin there brother, sounds great, beautiful guitar and for the money with a good looking case, I don't think you do better. These are a great guitar and action can definitely be setup to play really well! @@SpottsMusic that's ok, I bought the Luna Vista Eagle , can't get the action as low as I like with out buzzing however it's very playable. Sounds great, I've owned so many Martin's I'm spoiled. Bought a PRS Angeles T60 didn't like the tone and sent it back. $1300 guitar. That's not high high end but close. Thanks for the comment brother. From Nashville, T . Hey Dale, tuning is B-F#-B-F#-B-F# It's a tuning I randomly tuned a guitar to when I was 14ish and just fell in love with (wrote a lot of music out of). Everything goes down except the B string stays the same and the HIGH E string goes up to an F# Experiment with it!

I personally really like Elixir strings so I put them on any guitar I'm playing/that I purchase. It's all opinion/preference as to what strings you like. :)

@@SpottsMusic and that's a fact, I tried the Elixir for less money I like the Martin Marquis sound and play at least as well to me, been using them so long I can't remember not using them. Been pickin and grinnin for 53 years now. How is the action on that vista. please reply. rely liked you presentation also and yessir on strings it's a personal preference, not that i have anything against Elixir. Being multiple woods I don’t think it’s all solid wood, but regardless it’s a great sounding instrument if you find one you like! 👍
