Remember to take your meds. Drink something or go to the toilet. Brush your teeth if you can/have the spoons for it. Say goodnight to who you want. Perhaps get a plushie or other comforting items. Charge what you need. Prepare for the next day. And whatever I can't think of right now but you can and are capable of doing or want to. Sweet dreams.

This helped me so much 😭. sounds silly, but I am a massive overthinker with anxiety and anger issues, and it’s 4am, I was spontaneously tempted to clean my room before my parents get pissed but I just couldn’t finish it. Luna loud neighbors can be a pain you did very good by calling the HOA i would highly suggest an apartment, i moved to an apartment in the 19th floor only because of the noise and it's a blessing now there are rules (no loud noises allowed) and people are chill.
