Lunalight Fusion Season 37 Master 1 | Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

So while my climb to Master 5 was done with White Forest primarily, the climb to Master 1 was done mostly with Lunalight though the split was much closer in terms of games used with the two versus the Diamond climb. Anyways, I managed to get multiple lengthy win streaks with both decks and stumbled my way to M2 just doing dailies and finished the climb with relative ease the next day. Got to throw in some rated duels which were interesting to say the least and also threw in another banger duel from my friend Goomix on Luna Tear but otherwise, nothing really of note honestly. With Maxx C's semi-limit, the deck will change though I kind of wanted to make changes anyways so we'll see. Maybe I'll stream on the "PURPLE PLATFORM" (RoyalJellyKnight is the handle) and go over replays and assist people if they would like that. Yeah the matchup is so free when they go first lmao. Luna Tear is good, at some point I'll post more of my own Luna Tear gameplay, more standard stuff but Goomix replays are so fun.

I forgot to comment ahhh- But anyways great video and absolutely amazing duels as usual dude. I swear I gotta build this or my own version of Lunalights someday on MD because god damn they'rd not only so cool but so powerful too. I wish I was able to pull off some of these amazing plays but I'd probably take too long or just misplay this decks definitely feels like it has a high skill requirement. Which only makes you more impressive. But yeah great video as usual! Dueling is the best! (Especially when you steal your opponent's I:P and make Apollusa like I did) Looking forward to the future!

Although pure is the easiest of the bunch, I'd say Lunalights are generally deceptively more difficult than one would expect as a whole with the amount of directions you can take when comboing and playing around/through disruption. Very few of the variants have standardized combos, Luna RR is the one that is the most linear but yeah. Thanks for watching/commenting!

It's cool although generally, I would prefer the consistency and less highroll nature of a standard Luna Tear build. But my guy is a good pilot and knows how to play his deck well.

@royalvandyke I didn't even think it could work with lunalight? The one thing I enjoy about Yugioh is witnessing new cards and engines that improve a deck follow-up and optimal reset.

@@Blackmacheesemo Lunalights provide extra bodies for link and xyz summoning for the deck, are decent mills, and provide access to Bujintei Kagutsuchi which is basically another miller for the deck. Chick also gives the deck a nice option vs Tenpai when you banish it off Fairy Tail Snow and S:P Little Knight since it cuts off their battle phase activations. There are other benefits but yeah, solid engine for Tearlaments.

Unfortunately, that was one of my duels in the Rating Duels section. He didn't even need full board to win the duel since he had double Called By, he misplayed on all fronts.

Yup, I've showcased Luna Tear numerous times on the channel through my own gameplay and gameplay of friends. It will pretty much be a mainstay deck on the channel barring more Tearlaments hits.

Yes, you can mix the deck with Metalfoes but Metalfoes has seen better days and would not make for the most competitive build.

I have advised you not to play this deck as a beginner especially now with the new packs, decks are going to be significantly stronger. This deck is non-linear meaning there are no specific paths and it comes down to your own knowledge. Since you don’t have that background knowledge nor know how the deck works, you will struggle especially since the deck is not competitive.

OMG that was the WORST drytron combo ive ever seen!! he had absolutely everything in hand to make one of the most obnoxious endboards with like 5 negates but he blew it by normal summoning the mulcharmy to make IP??? embarrassing.

:^) That was in Rated Duels lmfao, not that I know what is combo with Drytron 'cause my brain is only wired for Lunalight and White Forest combos but even without full board, he should not lose the duel. He misplayed a ton and got unga bunga smacked in the face for it.
