no because the end has got me crying- you did so well and you looked absolutely a m a z i n g! you did wonderful and I'm so glad you re-discovered your love for ballet!! happy holidays
I had such a similar relationship with ballet. Didn't pursue dancing with a company because it ruined my mental health. But teaching ballet and taking class just for myself but not to please anyone else has reignited that joy and love that I've always had. Thank you for sharing this journey. It will inspire the next generation to be happier and healthier dancers.
In all my years enjoying your Vlogs, this was by far the most beautiful and captivating Vlog you have ever done. It was so engaging and interesting displaying your incredible dancing and presenting your passionate personality for ballet and life. This was more than a Vlog, it was ART in its totality. The world needs you!
I feel that depression, down feeling at the end of christmas too. like its just so much of a build up and the presents and gifting and I love doing it and the anticipation and then the evening comes and its a little sad. But Luna you looked beautiful and danced so well. Congratulations!

Wow Luna!! I usually don't comment on videos but this was so impactful for me. I have been watching you for years and to see you on that stage had me ready to buy a plane ticket for ur next performance!!!! Dancing is truly your gift and to be able to clearly tell a story to thousands of people without having to even speak is so impactful. And then for you to come on this channel to actually talk about and share your journey in both the dance industry and KZbin industry for as long as you have is so powerful!!!! The amount of people you have reached and helped and just put a smile on people's faces is amazing! Don't ever give up, and ill be looking for you in the next nutcracker girl😉 just beautiful

Beautiful!!!!! Seeing the nutcracker used to be an every year occurrence for myself and my family. My brother was the athletic trainer for the Milwaukee ballet. He said he never knew how much work goes into being a ballet dancer until then. He gained a greater understanding and appreciation for me being a dancer too
@lilee27682 жыл бұрын
I feel like dance in general is such a competitive industry where you are constantly putting yourself through the ringer emotionally and physically, always trying to be a better version and not feeling good enough. I was a competitive dancer my whole life and so I understand how hard it is to continue loving such a demanding sport and to have a healthy relationship with it. So happy you have been able to find that balance and also you are one of the most beautiful dancers I've ever seen. Your legs and feet are so stunning and just the fluidity is beautiful. Congrats on this part Luna you deserve it:)

This is so cool. As a former dancer and gymnast, I love how open you are with your feelings. It's truly grueling, painful, tiring, and it doesn't always seem worth it. I am so proud of you. You're a lovely dancer, and you make me wish I had stayed in it! Well done queen.

I couldn’t be happier that you vlogged every single part of this process, these vlogs are so special and magical coming from and dancer who adores the stage and does pointe and ballet and everything but who’s studio never did a nutcracker

I absolutely love these videos where you vlog when you're performing in the theatre. I'm a dancer myself, but due to my chronic illness, I haven't been able to take classes and perform for almost 3 years. So seeing this feels like I'm pretty much there. Feeling all the emotions that come with performing on stage as a dancer. I love it. Thank you for bringing everyone along yet again. Happy New Year

I randomly found this channel and it's so nostalgic of when I did ballet when I was younger, it gives me a true appreciation for people who stuck with it through their early 20s because you see just how hard you have to work and how beautiful the outcome can be. Wish I stuck with it but just wanted to say I absolutely loved this vlog and gave me goosebumps to hear the nutcracker music again

I love this vlog so much for so many reasons!! As a professional figure skater currently on tour, I relate so much to any performing/artist content and find it especially inspiring on the days when I want to go home. Two, I love to see other artists and their personal journeys through the ups and downs of performing, makes me feel less alone. And lastly, I love the nutcracker, although I skate, I still have so much respect and admiration for all dancers, and what you all can do, the stories you tell and the magic you create!!! I actually recently attended the nutcracker in the city my show is currently performing in. My absolute favorite part of the nutcracker each year, is the Arabian coffee princess, which you performed absolutely beautifully!! Thank you for this wonderful vlog!!!

Beautiful Luna!! Dance is a sport that is very easy to get burnt out at, and has a huge mental tole. I know because I am a competitive dancer and it wasn’t until I didn’t get to do dance for only half a year that I realized how I much I loved it. It seems so hard when you are doing it but as soon as it got taken away I missed it so much and learned never to take it for granted again. And that was only half a year! So proud of you you are such a great dancer💕
