Well lunar had taken care kids before since well not only is he programmed a little like sun to be a daycare attendant but while possessing Moon it was stated that "No wonder why there had been no complaints about nap Time " meaning that lunar was the one who was taking care of children during this time and Lunar has matured ALOT during before and after so i think they definitely know a good amount of what children like and how to take care of them!

I don't think the animatronics necessarily have an "age." The glamrocks are probably only a few years old technically. Taking that into consideration, Earth would probably be the youngest. So Lunar probably just acts child-like because it's fun. (or you could say because of trauma if you like angst.)
