True sir, 4th lord in 12th house debilitated(Mars in cancer). At the age of 24 I was so much dependent on others food. My mother never gave food on time & also was dependent on my friend to bring lunch for me. Sir we are talking about 4th house not the 4th sign. it is same in all the kundalis. i think you are lacking some basic knowledge. fourth house is same in all the north indian kundalis. 4th house is when you count 1-2-3-4 anti clockwise from the top. we are talking about kaal purush kundali here.

Same!! Don't want to be boastful but everyone knows me by my calm and peaceful demeanor (though on a side note I have an agitated mind which I don't share with anyone). We have a garden in our house and apart from that there are 3 parks near our house. I have 4th lord moon in 6th house conjunct with rahu (hence the agitated mind). None of the things which Sir said apply on me except for work from home part but that is also not completely applicable.
