カフェ美さんの料理のチョイスやお皿の並べ方がとても綺麗で素敵です。 食べ方もとても上品で参考になりました。 他の方は結構沢山お皿を並べて、ガチャガチャと音を立て汚い食べ方をしてる人も多いので、高級感が無いというか（笑） カフェ美さんの動画の撮り方も素敵です。ホテルランチだけでなく、他にも紹介してほしいです。

At least in Japan, restaurant is honest about the upfront price. In the US, you have to calculate tax and sometimes service charge into the total bill (not including tip, which range from 10 to 20 percent). In Thailand, the price is shown as 5,600++. This is why we keep going back to Japan for vacation year after year because Japanese people are pretty honest from our experience. How is the food different from Lunch versus Dinner? More variety? Thank you.

I am very happy to hear that you have visited Japan many times. Japan doesn't have a custom of tipping, so I feel that it's very hard to calculate tip overseas. The payment at restaurants in Japan is clear. The difference between lunch and dinner is that the variety of food and ingredients have been upgraded.
