Sister flavcity chanel chek karain utube pe. Ap cereal or Granola bar or baqi snacks whoelfood se liya karain ingredients check kar k. In regular cereals ma bohut zada buri ingredient hain. Ap Flavcity ka page check karian ap ko kafi info milay gee.

Remove stems first then soak them fully into fresh water in a airtight container or jar, preferably glass and store it in the fridge. Change water after every 2 days
