Ragi sankatti is a healthy delicacy in Rayalaseema region of andhra and Telangana state.It can be made in pressure cooker by mixing ragi flour and cooked rice.Best combo with sambar or chicken,mutton,pork or beef curry.In Karnataka this is made with ragi flour alone which is called ragi mudde.It's very healthy iron and fibre rich.Prevents fatty liver and many other diseases. Apricot sweet is called qurbani ka meetha which is from the royal nawab culture.

ragi made foods are from karnataka aunty telengana special is mostly with dal varities. and peanuts are here like coconut. we use coconut for chutney making they use peanuts. thats it. try dal varities thats famous in hyd.
