Yeah that's some bullshit (regarding the sim). How does this not fall under free use? It's not being sold or monetized in any way. I don't know that I would be complying if I were the dev.

JP doesnt have free use and since the Sim violates JP laws they can take it down

JP laws are different then United States laws. Even though the host and program were not JP.
