I think we need more case law examples here. Women can't afford it, so men will be doing this. My ex demanded I get the psych eval. Expensive waste of time. It backfired on him, and he was terrified that doctor would testify, so at the last minute before trial, he agreed to drop his restraining order. However, nothing changed, I did not get back into my house or get back into my children's lives. The court did not apologize to me for the years of lost time with my children. No idea what he told the kids. Do they not know he lost? The damage had been done. That was almost a decade ago. My life is over. There is no way to fight evil this great. We need free legal representation from lawyers who understand what we are up against.

This is deeply disappointing. When I read the book "Why Does He Do That?" I cried over and over because of how much I related to it, and I could finally admit to myself that I wasn't a pathetic piece of trash, I had been abused. Watching the trial, I saw myself in Johnny Depp and I could barely watch Amber Heard speak, because it triggered me so much that I nearly threw up. I had a migraine for several days after trying to watch her testify. Her "mountains of evidence" don't line up with anything she says, and despite claiming to have documented a great deal, she can't produce any medical records or pictures related to injuries that _absolutely must_ be treated and would result in severe swelling, bruising, and extremely visible, long-lasting injuries. Her story never made sense, she's been proven to lie over and over, and to hear a such respected figure say these things is disheartening and painful. Amber Heard is not a victim simply because she is less famous, younger, and a woman. She has BPD and married a man she could control and squeeze everything she could out of. Amber Heard is not a victim and does not speak for me, nor will she ever.

Maybe you need to reevaluate your stance considering a highly respected DV expert like Lundy Bancroft who has decades of experience/research in the field - recognizes that Depp is indeed a wifebeater (as declared in The Sun UK trial) and is manipulating the public into believing he's the victim.
@saml88022 жыл бұрын
Below is unseen evidence from UK trial that was not allowed in the Us trial which encompasses much of her medical records. Her injuries can be seen throughout the trial including evidence her nose was broken. If you are talking about her SA the vast majority of victims receive no medical care and no justice for what is done to them because of a society that punishes women for speaking out just like you are doing here (who often have far less evidence than Amber Heard had). Below is evidence I copied quickly from sources that lay out a fraction of the evidence that Amber Heard has brought forward that was not allowed to be used in the course case including testimony and medical notes from doctors, nurses and therapists. I am not writing this for you but for the sane people who will read your comment and think that Johnny Depp wasn't abusive and hopefully change their mind because you may not be open to listening. -------- - Dr. Laurel Anderson, testified that Amber reported that she was slapped, hit in the head, had her hair pulled, and was kicked in the leg by Depp. Amber reported to Anderson that it was Depp that first to initiate any violence, and that she hid in the bathroom to protect herself from Depp, and also information about the cellphone incident. Amber’s lawyer says that the court also excluded notes from the couple’s counseling sessions, and Depp’s team objected due to hearsay. - Dr. Kipper testified that Amber voiced concerns about Depp’s behaviour when using drugs and alcohol, and reported that Depp tried to fight and push her during the Bahamas detox, and that he told Depp to “bury the dragon” in relation to the “negative feelings (Depp) has inside him.” An email was also excluded from Kipper to Depp’s sister regarding Depp’s drug treatment. The email from Kipper said that Depp “had fundamental issues with anger, romanticized the drug culture, and had no patience if his needs were not met.” - Debbie Lloyd testified that Amber again voiced concerns about Depp’s behaviour when using drugs and alcohol, and stated that he would “work himself up into a rage and try to fight (Amber)” during the Bahamas detox. Lloyd also kept nursing notes about these issues, but Depp’s team objected due to hearsay. - Erin Falati testified that Amber reported to her that she was “freaked out” by the December 2015 headbutting incident, and there were texts between the two discussing the incident. There were also texts between the two after the May 2015 phone incident. Depp’s team again objected due to hearsay. - Dr. Amy Banks, a clinical psychologist and relationship consultant who also worked with Depp and Amber. Banks testified that Amber reported that Depp hit her, and that he also “cut his finger off” and burnt himself with a cigarette. Amber also reported to Banks that Depp initiated the violence, while in a session with Depp, and he did not deny what Amber had said. Dr. Banks also testified that she believed Amber’s accusations, and that she was a victim of domestic abuse. Again, objected due to hearsay, and that Banks’ opinion that Amber was a victim of DB was “improper expert opinion.” Her testimony has not been shown at all to the jury. - Dr. Cowan, Amber’s therapist. Dr. Cowan testified that Amber reported the abuse to him, as well as medical notes and text messages. A text message from Amber was sent after the headbutting incident that said “Johnny did a number on me.” It was objected due to hearsay. His testimony has not been shown. - Dr. Alan Blaustein, Depp’s psychologist, testified that Depp reported he cut himself and burnt himself with cigarettes as a child, along with more information about the drugs he was taking. Objected due to speculation and hearsay. - Dr. Bonnie Jacobs. Treatment notes showed Amber reporting violence from Depp, including sexual assault. These were objected due to hearsay, and her entire testimony has not been shown. - Stephen Deuters (Depp's employee) texts to Amber Heard confirming he saw Johnny Depp kick her on the Boston plane flight were objected to by his lawyers and not entered into evidence for the jury to consider. - Johnny Depp stated he never hit Amber Heard until a recording was shown that proved he headbutted her.

You're also proving how well the pro-Depp propaganda and misinformation has worked to portray Heard negatively since you're repeating some of the same debunked lies. 1. None of the psychologists who treated her during their marriage diagnosed her with BPD, nor did Dawn Hughes, only Curry who did a shoddy 12hr evaluation and had already decided on the diagnosis before even meeting AH in person. C-PTSD & BPD also have an overlay in symptoms 🤷♀️ 2. If she was a gold digger, she would have gone for the 30+ million she was entitled to in the divorce under California law since they did not have a prenup. 3. Says a lot that she was granted a restraining order against him & three high court judges all agreed that she was the victim in their relationship. Don't even care if you believe me, I just want to provide counterfacts to anyone who might fall for the misinformation you're spreading

@lenorec-o-awalker73062 жыл бұрын
The evidence Amber provided demonstrated fully in the UK libel case provides a consistent 4 year audit trail of Johnny Depp's coercive control, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, as well his rage and jealousy. Contemporaneous texts, videos, audio, pictures, and multiple witnesses all corroborate. Johnny's text messages to not only Amber, but everyone around him are highly threatening, especially whenever people try to challenge him. He has a long history of suing anyone who tries to challenge him, or who speaks against him. If you could look at the evidence objectively, rather than through a lens preordained to hate Amber based on your susceptibility for misinformation; you'd see that you're defending the most extreme type of abuser. The UK courts understand this; coercive control is illegal in the UK and judges are well versed in detecting it - it was very easy to spot in Amber's evidence and as a result Johnny lost his UK libel case and multiple appeals, they basically told Johnny he was a lying abuser and to f**k off in the polite English way. How do you explain that one? Also, humour me; how do you explain Johnny Depp severing his own finger, then smearing IN HIS OWN BLOOD 'easy Amber' 'Billy bob thornton' 'tasya van pee' on the walls, as well as causing $150,000 worth of damage to the property in his deranged, state of psychosis. I'm clearly no expert on domestic abuse as i don't have tiktok (lol), but to me, Johnny's behaviour sounds suspiciously abusive, do you reckon Amber sat watching him having a laugh whilst he did this? C'mon, use your critical thinking faculties, the guy is terrifying and created a culture of fear and submission to him.

This is honestly so disturbing. I bet neither of you have watched the full Depp v Heard trial. If you had there is noway on this planet that you would believe that Depp had abused Heard. You mention the case and then go onto say that there could be a history of texts of him berating her but the judge will say “look they’re both behaving terribly”. There were NO texts from Johnny to Amber of him berating her. Nor were there any abusive or threatening messages from him to her. There were from her to him. Again you’d see this if you actually paid attention. It is shocking, triggering and disappointing to see you both discussing the case in this way. I am a female who was abused by a man and can very much identify my abuser in Amber Heard. The audio tapes are horrific. They themselves could be a lesson in gaslighting and the fact that neither of you see this is quite astonishing.

@katrinelarsen71982 жыл бұрын
@Slipstitch Hollow She is, as proven over a 6 week trial, by a jury of her peers. There was an expert on IPV. She lied. That's why the CHLA doesn't have the money she promised, and why she owes JD $8,350,000. She lost. It means nothing for anyone other than the two of them. Every minute of the trial is available to stream. You should do that.
@katrinelarsen71982 жыл бұрын
@Slipstitch Hollow She never signed the pledge. And she didn't start sending money until they offered her an ambassadorship. And remember the CHLA? She never even responded to their e-mails. You'd know this if you watched the trial. Her legal fees are covered by her insurance - they even had a representative with her in court. So she just pocketed that money. Tell you what. Go watch the first two hours of Camilles cross examination of Amber. It goes into a lot of details. I think both you, and the experts in this video, would learn a lot about Amber and her credibility. I believed Amber up until this trial. The evidence just isn't there. The behaviour patterns these people discuss aren't there. When you've watched the cross, watch the cross on rebuttal. That makes those things even more obvious. She's a liar. She's exploiting people like these experts who rely on patterns and not specific evidence. Try disproving any of what I just said. Watch the testimony from trial. Prove me wrong. I bet you can't
@katrinelarsen71982 жыл бұрын

His characterisation of the JD vs AH case is highly inaccurate, even plainly false on several occasions. Just one example: Her diagnosis concerning BPD and HPD wasn't circular like he pretends, but based on a well established assessment tool highly validated in forensic settings (MMPI-2) & wasn't in any way relying on her performance on the stand.
@keke88802 жыл бұрын
Dr. Curry isn't board certified and met Amber 2x. She never treated Amber and Amber was never her patient. Even if a woman has BPD, there's overwhelming evidence of JD abusing Amber. Amber's mental state is irrelevant.

I've seen an abusive lady pull his book on her ex, merely because got furious over her mistreatment. She had bpd. And committed reactive abuse. She claimed he abused because he verbally stood up to her. All her did was block her and she got a slightly sprained wrist. He had told her his previous girlfriend was abusive. That's how she knew he was a target. Lundy doesn't understand bpd wives. Erin pizzey and the emotional terrorist
@samanthamcnamara76822 жыл бұрын
The issues with that is that the MMPI is not a diagnostic tool but an assessment tool. Basically it shines a light on places we should look. There are so many comorbid traits with BPD, HPD, and PTSD that you’d had to have the individual take the MMPI and then spend considerable time with a professional who can flesh out what’s actually going on. Without that, anyone can skew MMPI results to mean whatever they want them to mean.
@consultumultimum2 жыл бұрын
@@samanthamcnamara7682 1) This doesn‘t negate in any way that Bankrofts account of how the assessment was made, was plainly false & therefore not scientifically honest. 2) To exclude comorbidity with PTSD Ms. Heard was assessed with the CAPS-5 test. Result: She didn‘t suffer from ptsd. (In fact from selfreport Ms. Heard rated so high on the ptsd-symptom items, that it would make her the worst case of ptsd ever occured in the history of clinically treating with this disorder, which is an indicator of significant report distortion) 3) Ms. Heard’s assessment in this case was done by Dr. Shannon Curry, clinical & forensic psychologist with 15 years of experience in the field. Dr. Curry made her assessment methodologically transparent (which in addition to CAPS-5 and MMPI-2 involved of course an exhaustive personal examination).

Nice misdirection. I guess it’s inconvenient for your narrative that the evaluator that “diagnosed” her never met Amber and never administered this measure, relying instead on Depp’s files, an incredibly incomplete and biased means of gathering evidence, and went to dinner with her paying customer, Johnny Depp. Highly unusual, and unethical because it lacks objectivity. That’s not how accurate diagnoses are performed, in fact it’s unethical. While Heard’s medical records from seeking treatment throughout her relationship were excluded by the Judge.
