I’ve been in a lot of physical pain lately due to suspected endometriosis which causes my energy to not truly be what it should be.. I’m easily irritated now and overstimulated by my kiddos and my loved ones when I used to be so calm and positive. I felt so much negative energy leave my body during the session. I don’t feel as tense and I’m able to finally relax after battling my pain all day today. You are such a blessing and I thank you so much for everything you do!

This session is right on time. It’s literally as if you heard me talking and decided to make a session for me. I have felt for some time that some negative or lower energy is trying to effect me on an unconscious or subliminal level and although I always state my intentions at night that me and ONLY me can control and impact my energy and mind, this session really helped to cement that idea in my mind and in the ether. A friend and I were having a conversation yesterday about creating healthy boundaries and our reactions to those who we know that have the tendency to manipulate us with their words and actions. Know to how to press our buttons as you said. How that looks in dealing with them face to face so to protect us and help guide us to a different reaction so we can still be around them and have them in our lives but not react the same? Even though I believe in it, and feel it at times, it's been hard for me to envision a power within flowing through me. When you hold up the candle and I look at the flame it appears as if it's solid but also flowing. Is that the idea? I can feel what you're suggesting, and respond strongly to your work, but don't have a good image in my head. I think that would help. Any tips?
