Lung Cancer, also known as Lung Carcinoma, is a malignant lung tumor characterized by uncontrolled cell growth in the Lung tissues. The major causes of Lung Cancer include smoking (active or passive), exposure to certain toxins, and family history. The symptoms often include a cough (often with blood), chest pain, wheezing, and weight loss. The treatment generally varies but includes surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted drug therapy, immunotherapy, etc.
