Zack, words cannot express my gratitude for your contributions to medical education. Your passion for teaching and your ability to break down complex concepts make you an exceptional educator. Thank you for everything.

I love you Zack! I am a Medical student in Ukraine, living in war conditions. Our teachers are trying their best but things are not easy like how it was before the war. Your videos are sooo helpful for the students here! I have been watching you for a long time and im almost finished my Faculty but im advicing you to every single new student i met!

Can you do more neoplasm videos Zack? One of the most challenging subjects for me. When I read my teacher's neoplasm notes, I usually do not understand, I do nothing but memorize. Again, thank you very much for the bread you gave me.

Very good lecture! Just wanted to note that bronchoalveolar carcinoma is no longer a lung cancer category by WHO. We now have adenocarcinoma in-situ and lepidic-predominant invasive adenocarcinoma. Also, large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC) is part of the neuroendocrine spectrum but is considered NSCLC.
