A truly fantastic video! I find it amazing and this lady is amazing with the many wonderful exercises she takes us through. I know she says to do them 4 times a week, but I do them at least 5 times as they’ve worked wonders with my lungs and copd. Very many thanks indeed.

Fantastic exercises- I spent 6 months on mostly bed rest with a viral respiratory infection, I’m finally getting over it but my lungs and body are weak. I have saved all your videos as they are terrific.

Bertha Aguilar Thank you for your caring response. I’m sorry you are also suffering from ongoing respiratory and lung issues. No I did not have Covid19. I have a number of chronic diseases including a rare blood disorder that affects my immune system - especially sinus, ear, and respiratory function. Even with 4 infusions per week of treatment I still get numerous infections that just won’t go away. My specialist suspects many immune cells were destroyed during my cancer treatments and my body has been unable to build up my immune system ever since. I’m surprised I did fairly well with 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement at a relatively young age. These were done before I contracted cancer. 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a small brain tumour, which is now showing signs of growth. Last fall I was booked for a priority MRI - the soonest appointment was July/ 2020. That was long before the Covid19 pandemic. So in short, I’m surprised I wake up in the morning as I got a lemon of a body! I do hope you recover soon or at least show signs of significant improvement. Have you been able to get tested for Covid19? I hope you are getting supportive care. I did find that when an air filter and humidifier were put in my bedroom that I had an easier time breathing and talking. Both are on our furnaces, but the extra filtering and humidity in the bedroom improved some functions for me.

Try drinking pineapple juice, I drink pineapple juice everyday and I no longer cough and have very little mucus and what I do have is easy for me to get out
