Hello, having problems with software setup, candle program doesn't recognize CNC machine, driver was successfully installed and all leds are red color, what should be happenning? I'm on windows 11.

What is the difference between version 2.0 and 3.0? I bought version 2.0 and would like to know the updates. Thank you.

3.0 has made the following upgrades based on 2.0: 1. The aluminum profile has been thickened 2. The X-axis uses HGH15 linear guide 3. The work surface has been upgraded to a scale grid aluminum plate 4. An integrated switching power supply is used

Installation was easy. How do i design something and actually engrave it?? 0 instructions or guides in box.

We are improving the tutorial so that novices can make finished products once they have the engraving drawings. The content includes tutorials such as file format conversion, software recommendation, engraving material and tool selection, tool path file export, and maintenance of engraving finished products. It will be announced in the form of documents and videos, so stay tuned.

@@lunyeeofficial I too am waiting. I was told to try Easel, which seems fairly straightforward to create a file, and I can move the spindle and X/y from Easel and my laptop, but I can't find anything on how to zero out the X/Y on the machine and then send to carve from Easel. Some software use and carving tutortials would be so helpful. I feel lost.
