I'm Canadian married to a Luo lady. Most loving caring respectful intelligent woman I've ever known. However if you commit to marriage with a Luo lady you better give her all you promised her when she said yes to you're marriage proposition. I'm not sure about all Luo women but in my wife's family they're all well educated from university. My wife told me Luo people crave education. My mother was an Irish immigrant to Canada and the Irish people crave higher education as well, As do many other cultures. I can't say enough about my Luo wife, i feel honored she said yes to a life with me.
