Its actually preferences, you can't force someone to say that epic is better cus everyone has different opinions and choices. To me I would say Collector cus it's more decent in my eyes and her outfit looks gorgeous to me and her epic is kinda revealing which is not really my type so yeah. And even for the effects i would say Collector cus I'm more into flashy effects.

I buy skin not for effect, but the price. Everyone knows the price of collector, and knows the price of epic shop. If I use collector skin, people will be amazed by the price. If I use the epic shop, they will say “ou it is cheap”! And I alway use the most expensive skin I have. For me, effect is not important, but the price. I dont want to use very common skins. LOL

For me the epic beats the collector when it comes to 1st, basic and 2nd skill effects but not the ultimate, like idk why but I like the collector more even though the fishes are not even 3d, and I like the design of the collector more rather than the epic, but the quality difference is incredibly noticeable in their 3d models though, the epic is more polished than the collector skin, which is expected since its made more recently.
