Ingredients:-
1 piece of rohu / katla ( marinate with salt & turmeric)
4 pisces of raw papaya / kacha pepe
1 small bitter gourd / korola
Salt to taste
2 pointed gourd / potol
2 barbati
1 small Brinjal / begun
1 potato / alu
4 pieces of raw banana / kach kola
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 bay leaf
1 dried red Chilli
pinch of sugar ( optional)
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste / ada bata
1/2 tsp ghee / clarified butter
