Goldleaf glue.
White A4 Paper.
Transparent packtape. so the stencil can be used again.
Colours:
White Opaque.
Neon flame orange.
Neon Yellow.
Blue pearl.
Black.

From CN it works as leafgold. Think it is called stampfoil.
