Nice spoon, sure would have liked to see a fish reeled in on that thing.

Most people cannot do anything with their hands. Anybody can buy lures. I took somebody from France fishing once on Lake Diefenbaker in Saskatchewan and we caught all kinds of fish that day, totally unexpected! Before leaving he gave me 3 incredibly beautiful fishing lures that he had made himself and he also gave me a Laguiole, a dream French knife. I was so happy, I didn’t want any gift, anything in return, it was a pleasure taking him fishing, but it was many decades ago and I never used the lures afraid of losing them and I still have his beautiful Laguiole that opened so many bottles of wine and cut so many baguettes and cheese since then, like he had shown me on that memorable fishing day that I will never forget.

Hand-made lures are priceless, but fishing with such baits is many times more pleasant than with simple store ones, an interesting story, thanks for sharing!

You do great work. You’ve inspired me to make several types of lures using basic materials like spoons to old coins. Thanks for sharing your talents.

*Great item. First cast out of the package caught a nice bass. Pulls smooth in the water and sets up nicely immediately upon retrieval. Worth adding to your tackle box.*

COPPER FISH, Really like your usage of graph paper, makes it much easier. A person can get alot of stainless steel ware at Goodwill Stores ect.
This is so satisfying to watch. You are making fantastic lures Pavlo.

COPPER FISH, This appears to have better flas, flutter than most Comercial spoons. Even if it broaches, 360 degrees, a quality swivel will negate line twist. I woul like to see you make some homemade " JIGGING SPOONS", For Salmon and Walleye, Bass ect. The Store bought ones are ridiculous expensive.

Thank you, what kind of jigging lures do you use, name a few models of lures, we just don't have salmon, but we have pike perch, it is also caught with lures and jigs, I can make such lures, but I need a copy

You Would have to go online and view the pictures of them. Thank you! Big Time for your Response. You inspire me to keep making Homemade Lures, but yours are a cminebove mine, you gifted Engineer.

I'm sure the lure manufacturing companies are hating this as we watch...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'm so in favor of making your own lures from silverware.… they're cheap and because it is stainless steel, ... It's forever…! Again, ... another great video..! 👍😎👌😊🤗

I've made quite a few home made lures out of spoons and butter knives. They work really well. Good for bass fishing too. They tend to like silver or white. They can be quite tough to drill through so you need a good quality drill bit.

COPPER FISH: I made some jigging spoons from butter knife handles . Boy that Kitchen grade Stainless Steel , is stringy, tough , uncooperative metal to work with!
@CopperFishLure5 күн бұрын
Hi, it is especially important to drill a hole in this steel )) but there is a life hack how to do it easily, I will soon shoot a video about it, in short, you need to punch a hole on both sides with a punch, and then finish drilling

As a kid I used to catch pike on spoons that just had handle cut off. No need to reshape. Hole in each end. Done.

Такое количество металла стачивать на болгарке - вы меня извините , но это нонсенс , хотя каждый ....., как он хочет.
