I can’t believe 40 people were in the queue! We got there at almost 11 in exeter and was still such a big queue and wait! Crazy… love the video 😘 xxxx

LUSH USA site crashed as well. I decided to go to the local store , got there a few hours after opening and they still had loads of items left. I got a few tidbits ( trying to limit the spend ) and left happy.

I had trouble with the app at first but I was able to place several orders through out the day. But it was difficult to navigate the products.
