Yes,I'm the collateral damage of my husband's actions right now. Very painful for me. Hes still married legally to me but he's currently shacked up with the secretary at his work. I've been nauseous and I know it's do to this affair. I'm getting a divorce that I never wanted but obviously the vows meant nothing to him. The level of betrayal is so Heartbreaking

Going cold turkey is good but for hardcore individuals (most) progressive overload may be a better option when getting into retention. Example: go 1 day then allow yourself to do the deed... 2day then 5 days then 1 week 2 weeks and so on. Increasing the time period each time. Hope this helps anyone :)
