I though the second hand-ball was more of a penalty than the first. The defender (5) Hanley saved what would have been our fourth goal.

Indeed, that hand ball was probably more of a pen than the earlier one but the ref, on the whole , was pretty good on the night and may have been unsighted. I am constantly baffled by the weekly digs at Pearson on various media by many of our supporters and I am not surprised that he made the Sky Championship Team for November. He had a blinder again, not just because of the goal but was superb in defence. For November, he officially completed more tackles than any other player in our league. It's a little reminiscent of Wayne Turner who was given a bit of a rough time by the fans.

The stats show that we only had one third of possession & were easily out passed by a high tempo Norwich. However, we did what they couldn't & stuck the ball in the net 3 times. Let's keep it up! COYH!

Not sure that we were necessarily outpassed but we learned something from Cardiff; they had only about a third of the possession against both us and Huddersfield but comfortably won both games. We also learned that Mother Farkhar is a twat of the first order who spouted the biggest load of unsubstantiated bilge post match that I've heard in years and his club should be deducted twenty points for bringing the game into disrepute. Unfortunately, Sky have been keen to lick the crabs out of his arse and have joined in with the various ridiculous points that he made. I note that they weren't making these points during the match but suddenly agreed with him several hours later. Yes, we got a softish pen but I can't see anything else that the referee did that was even marginal or patently wrong except the further pen that he could have given us. I do not see how Farkhar reasons that they shouldn't have had a booking. I do not believe one thousand supporters caused an experienced referee to buckle. If he were 'biased' against Norwich, he wouldn't have given them their pen. Farkhar claims the surface is only fit for cattle yet other managers like Ainsworth, Hughton and Mowbray have not griped. He claims Luton are a dirty side with a poor disciplinary record. Yet for the last three seasons we have committed fewer fouls than almost all other teams in the respective leagues; Norwich, on the other hand had almost the worst disciplinary record of the Prem in 19/20 including several red cards. We have had no red cards in 19/20 or 20/21 so far. Norwich have even committed far more fouls and accumulated more disciplinary points than us this season. So he's talking through his arse. He even claims that Moncur's goal was a once in a career fluke and that we shouldn't have had a free kick immediately before it. Now he is so bitter and twisted that he has reported Berry for 'man handling and threatening' the ref! Does he understand the meaning of those words? Berry was agreeing with the ref, not opposing him. Farkhar made several disingenuous remarks after the Carabao Cup defeat to us too. He clearly is an utter prick.

@@danny9008 Well, I'm Portuguese and I'm also a Hatters fan. Why? PC games. As a kid, I always picked Luton Town on a game called The Manager. And have been doing the same ever since. Hell, I even have a LT mug, jersey and sweatshirt I ordered from the UK a few years back

Must bring back great happy memories for Lootown fans, having no away supporters. Those great days in the 80s when you cheated by having no away supporters. You even added your own illegal plastic pitch and got yourselves to a final that you underservadly won with two flukey late goals. The footballing gods punished you by rightly sending you into non-league oblivion, where you belong. After you were forced to allow away fans and remove your plastic pitch you immediately got relegated from the top flight, never to return. What a coincidence! Home fans plus away fans or no fans at all. Not fair otherwise.
