Your recommendation did the trick! Changing out the power supply did the trick. Thought the solution would be much more complicated and costly. Thank you for posting the you tube!!

This is a super useful video. I don't know as much about my Lutron Homeworks system as I should and this video saved me a service call. Fixed the problem with a $13 part. Thank you so much for posting!

Did you ever post the video how about how to address the button non responsiveness if you only have one black lutron panel? It was discussed in this video and said another video would be posted but i didn't see one on your page.

This putting a new adapter worked several times after power outages but this time it does not do the trick. My wall panel lights are all flickering. I've reset the power to these rooms as well. So I basically have 4 rooms with zero lighting. What else can I try? This is the third adaptor I've had to replace in 10 years.

Hi, I have a 10 yr similar lutron honeworks 4 system that came with a condo in Boston that I bought about 10 yrs ago. Right now I have the "waterfall" error with the lights flashing up and down on the keypads. Could mine be as simple as just replacing the power supply like you did in this video or is my whole processor bad? I also know the batteries inside the processor only last about 10 yrs which is also on my list of things to replace but if it's just the power supply that would be a really cheap option obviously instead. Which power supply from amazon can I buy to replace the t120-15dc-9-bl power supply that o have now. All the generic ones I found on Amazon end in 2-bl instead of 9-bl and wasn't sure if I could use that instead
