In the spirit of NRM I request Mr Dombo to relocated to another job and let the president of Uganda appoint Lutu as our NRM spokes person and I am willing to come back home from USA and work as his deputy spokes person ! Let us come back as the the old cadres who started with Museveni in 1986 I think we understand Museveni better ! Most of our new members in NRM they know President Museveni but they have never understood him !

Bwempuliliza ka audio ko mukyala, I think Bobwine was probably right to refuse to join in. I don't know how any responsible person would enter into a setting build upon a set of conspiracies. Mbu "Museven akolera bazungu okubba ebintu e congo". These are things discussed ku mboozi za malwa, taxi park, kisekka market etc. I wouldn't expect a person who is discussing issues at a bigger level to come up with such mindset. I don't think the US needs Museven to explorate resources from Congo because over 100 American companies have been, legally, acquiring resources from Congo as far as since the 60s and todate they are still the larget explore of minerals from Congo. In fact it is even better for them when there is no war or fighting of any sort because armed activities are disruptive to their interests. People should educate themselves why there's a war in Congo not going around believing all sorts of nonsenses Museven obviously will leave power someday but unless the issues in Congo are solved, wars or other forms of disturbances will continue am afraid.

The reason why NRM is having problems in educating the Nation about our achievements is because our cadres at our sectretariant are weak in mass communication ! They have no ability of effect communication ! When you listen to them on TVs and Radios they're not vibrant ! I think the may be good in administration but not mass communication ! Dombo is good in Adimnistration but not in Mass communication I know him when he was our CAO in Busia I pastor George Mangeni and Chairman Lc3 Moses Mukibi we are the ones who recruited him to join us in NRM while he was working in Busia District !
